You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before placing your order for Colon Cleanse . By placing your order for Colon Cleanse you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions:
You are ordering a full bottle (30 days supply) of Colon Cleanse under the 10 days Introductory offer for the special price of $4.95. Receive FREE Shipping and handling on all introductory orders. Your 10 days Introductory offer begins after we ship the order to you. If you are not satisfied with your Colon Cleanse offer, call customer care at 877-842-5156 between 9:00AM and 5:00PM ET to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before the end of the 10 day Introductory period.You will have 30 days to return the unused portion back to us and once received, you will have no further obligations. (see our Return Guidelines below).

If you are happy with your Colon Cleanse , do nothing and your credit card will be charged an additional $79.01 approximately 13 days after your order shipped (allowing for transit time). Approximately 45 days after you placed your Introductory order for Colon Cleanse and about every 30 days thereafter, we will automatically send you a new 30-day supply of Colon Cleanse . The credit card you provide today will be billed the Member’s Only price of $62.97 plus $4.95 shipping and handling for a total of $67.92 when each new product ships. That’s 40.00% off the regular price for a 30-day supply of Colon Cleanse , normally $104.95 per bottle.

You may cancel your membership to Colon Cleanse at any time by simply calling customer care at 877-842-5156 between 9:00AM and 5:00PM ET or by emailing us at support@familyvitahealth.com Remember, most customers see most noticeable results by using Colon Cleanse consistently for 3 months.

Refund Policy
For the Introductory product, you will have 10 days to decide to keep our product. Once the Introductory period has expired, no returns will be accepted for this Introductory Product. Please note that the initial charge of $4.95 for the 10 day Introductory offer is never refundable. The Introductory offer overrides the regular Return Policy. Except for the Introductory offer, If you are not fully satisfied with any additional shipments of Colon Cleanse , you may return any unopened containers of Colon Cleanse within 30 days of receipt for a full product refund.

Return Guidelines
Before returning anything by mail or carrier, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”). An RMA can only be obtained by contacting one of our customer care representatives either via email at support@familyvitahealth.com or phone at 877-842-5156 between 9:00AM and 5:00PM ET . The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. An RMA is valid for 30 days from the date given, and the returned product must be received by us within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA. Package must be sent to the Return Address indicated below.

Please Note:

We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
For Cancelled Offers, you must return the container with the unused portion inside the original container. The package must include the RMA provided by our Customer Service Agent during your call.
For Items received after the Introductory offer ended; item must be returned, unused, unopened, in good condition, in original container, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items be sent properly insured and using some type of delivery confirmation.
After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 5-7 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

Should a dispute arise concerning the terms and conditions of the Agreement or the breach of same by any party hereto, the parties agree that any dispute or legal action arising from, or in any manner pertaining to this Agreement shall be resolved or litigated in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The parties agree that the prevailing party is entitled to an award of reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred.
