what are the pros and cons? is it worth it? will it really help my digestive system? will it really reduce belly mass? how high is the risk for certain diseases? what is the best way to do it? is it the same thing they do before a colonoscopy? are there any bad side effects?
Can anyone recommend or not recommend colonic cleansing. Are they worth the time & money ?
