i’ve heard “rumors” about the acai berry and colon cleanse diets “works”. . . but i really want to loose about 45 lbs in two months max. im 21 yrs old and weighing about 170, i’ve just had a baby and im a full time student and worker. . does anyone have ANY helpful advice? [...]

i need to clean obviously i have irregular bowel movements and i needt to do this but i cant take pain and i dotn feel like spending a fortune on something that is going to make me go every 20 minutes so no carmping and doesnt cost much something id prefer to drink that doesnt [...]

I’ve never been impressed by all this crap colon clean, but one of my friends said she did and she lost about 5 pounds. I am now interested to know if anyone has any comments or suggestions on any system of colon cleansing. Anyone who has tried one and had good results?
