I have read on more then one site that you can use this as a surgery alternative. You have to drink some epsom salt and then some olive oil and lemon. Please let me know.

I did some research and found that Bowtrol seemed like the best colon cleanse for what I was looking for. It didn’t come with any instructions other than “take 3-8 per day at bedtime starting with three and work your way up. For most 4-5 is a good maximum. “. . . . . . [...]

I just read this book and in it, the guy suggests going to a doctor to get a colon cleansing to help jumpstart your metabolism. Is it dangerous? Does it work? Does it make you feel better? How do they do it? Does it hurt?

I’ve had a real struggle with Candida. I’m taking the prescription but it will take months of improved diet, and suppliments to get over it. Anyone else have experience with this? What worked for you?
