what is difference between colonic with enema kit versus going to colon hydro therapist place?

i’ve been doing colonics with an enema kit and a lot of stuff has come out so it has been very successful. how is this different than going to a colon hydrotherapy place where I think they do colonics a little differently? also any ideas for other types of cleansing I should do?
