i’mthinking of doing it but have heard that there can be some very unpleasant things that can happen. there are products out there that you take for days to weeks. what about diet when you do this. any info would be welcome. only serious answers please.

I saw an infomercial on TV that says colon cleansing is much to someone if you really feel better after doing so and advice on how or what form of colon cleansing possible. Thank you I would appreciate anything you can share!
