Yeah, I have this stuff [Health Plus,inc. colon cleanse], forgot about it , lol, as it expired, but reinspired me to really consider doing one of these treatments. . . . . it says it’s 100% pure psyllium husk, fiber Did you ever use this or something else? Did anything weird happen?

I’ve heard it can make you loose some weight and I’m looking for a easy way to loose about 10lbs. I can’t take OTC diet pills because they make me ill and I don’t really over-eat. If anyone has any ideas please help. . THanks
