I really don’t like to get colonics although i will. But wanted to know what I could do on a regualr basis to clear and clean my colon out? Fruits? Veggies? Nuts? If so, what kind of each item. . . Is there ANY one thing? Prunes?

I have a Dual-Action Cleanse I bought a while ago that expired in 08/2008 but has been sealed since then. Can I use both the Total Body Purifier and the Colon Clear Formula still?
