I’m trying to find a good home remedy for cleansing your colon at home. I don’t want to go through all the embarrassment at a Dr. ‘s office.
try lemon water.
Take the vaccuum attachment, put it “there”, about 14 inches or so, and turn it on. For absolute sucking power, I recommend a Dyson. The cheaper one is fine, but you want to make sure you don’t clog the mechanisms. Rinse with vinegar and a dash of Sierra Mist cola. The Wal-Mart brand will also do-Mountain Mist. Good luck and ENJOY! Let us know the results!
The very best way is a SALT FLUSH. The salt attracts the toxins and it will move you in about 1 hour to 2 hours. This is an ancient technique that has been used for centuries and is still the best way to clean the colon of toxins.
Put 2 teaspoons of Air Dried Sea Salt in a quart of water and drink it down. Lie in a bed with your head propped up on your right side for about 1/2 hour. Then you can move about, but be close to the toilet for the next 1 to 2 hours.
good luck to you
Trust me, doctors have seen way more embarrassing things than colon cleanses. If you want a healthy, safe, effective method, talk to your doctor.
Just buy yourself an enema kit at the Wal-Mart ($4-6?)
Your colon will cleanse itself.
Eat fruit, veggies, whole grains, drink fluid when you feel thirsty. That’s all it takes.
