So . . does anyone here colon cleanse ?
I have seen things . . that are absolutely disgusting that supposodly come out of our bodies . . & even worms and things of that nature . .
I am considering doing a colon cleanse but I was just wondering if anyone here has EXPERIENCED? I just have some questions . .
Is is worth it?
How do you feel after everything is out?
Does it hurt?
Is it safe?
Do you lose any kind of weight?
What kind would you recommend?
Please, if anyone knows anything please let me know . .

Colon cleansing is often associated with Colonics which are a total scam. See my link below.
“Colon cleansing” is useless at best, and dangerous at worst. It’s just a way for unscrupulous people to take money from naive people.
Colons have natures “non-stick” lining – it continuously sloughs off and nothing stays behind (no pun intended), contrary to those sheisters who show models of them with junk caked onto the walls, and who compare them to rusty water pipes.
Ask any gastroenterologist if stuff gets stuck in there, I’m sure they’ll tell you pretty much the same thing – it cannot happen, except in cases of diverticulosis, where there are tiny outpouches that form between the muscle bands. Even then, the stuff doesn’t stay in there very long.
The best thing to do is ensure you have adequate dietary fiber and drink a reasonable amount of fluids – let nature do what it does best.
no i dont know enything about colon cleaning and i dont know if it hurts.
