I’ve been a very unhealthy eater all of my life. . . it was passed down from my grandmother to mom to me, and I fear I’m passing it to my 6 year old son. Is there a way to change my eating habits, or a particular “diet” to follow that will basically help me make the switch to a healthier lifestyle? I feel like my body needs a detox, and I’m not necessarily talking about a colon cleanse, but a nutritional detox. I’ve got no idea where, or how, to start. Is there anyone out there that can give me some advice?? Thanks so much for your time!!
How can I cleanse my system & start a healthy eating regimen at 38?

try drinking cranberry juice for a whole day, natural cranberry juice. just swap refined (bad) carbs for unrefined (good) carbs and sugars. if you want candy: opt for fruit. swap lunches for unhealthy foods to natural organic foods, like chicken sandwich on whole wheast bun w/ lettuCE & lowfat ranch, water, 2 fruits. bon apetit. and when you are sitting, go for a little walk. your son will pick up on healthier styles if you dont buy junk/cook it.
