Maybe one of you bought the Bowtrol Colon Cleanse product and can tell me if he found this Bowtrol cleanse to be useful for him? you don,t need it. there is not 15 lbs. of sludge in your colon. this is all bul…. and hype. two of my surgeons said never, never, do a colon cleanse unless told to do so by a physician for preop reasons. cleanses are very hard on the liver, kidneys, and bowels. my trainer/fitness center owner says when asked; “NEVER”. just eat fruits and veggies as as part of your daily routine. drink lots of water. your body will do the rest. if you still feel the need, there are web sites for natural flushes that won,t be so stressful. the simplest is an 8 oz. glass of prune juice. you will be flushed!
